Tobii Dynavox is seeking an Interim Funding Consultant to coordinate intake, submission, and follow-up of funding orders for products, repairs, and rentals. You will work with SLPs, insurers, and educational institutions to verify eligibility and meet third-party criteria.

Responsibilities include maintaining funding-case communications, processing orders in the database, and advising clients on co-pay requirements while traveling to the Pittsburgh office about four times per year.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or 2–4 years of related experience.
• Health insurance field background preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• MS Office (Word and Outlook) and Internet navigation skills.

Mansioni

• Maintain communication with SLPs on funding cases and document preparation.
• Coordinate with insurance providers, government agencies, and educational institutions to place orders.
• Track funding authorization cases to completion in a timely manner.
• Review documents against third-party payer criteria.
• Enter and complete orders in the order management system database.
• Advise clients and families on funding requests and co-payment requirements.
• Alert supervisor to potential third-party payer challenges.
• Travel to the Pittsburgh office for team activities/trainings approximately 4 times per year.
