Nordstrom, Inc. in California seeks an Asset Protection Agent to safeguard customers, employees and merchandise. You will collaborate with store leadership, conduct investigations, use surveillance, and participate in Emergency Response Team training.

The role requires strong judgment, excellent communication, and a willingness to work flexible hours. A valid security license is preferred where required and you will help reduce shrinkage and protect brand reputation.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve theft and conduct apprehensions following policy and AP guidance
• Identify theft trends using surveillance and reporting tools
• Lead shrinkage reduction initiatives and protection standards
• Support internal theft investigations with evidence gathering
• Investigate internal theft in coordination with AP Leadership
• Monitor activity via video systems and RFID data
• Maintain safety and security of customers and staff
• Lead security audits and shrinkage-awareness training
• Participate in store Emergency Response Team training and drills
• Prepare prompt reports for incidents and investigations
• Testify in court when summoned and assist with investigations
• Build cross-functional partnerships with store leaders and local law enforcement
