You will partner with the store Emergency Response Team to prevent theft, manage incidents, and support investigations with surveillance tools and RFID data. The role requires a valid security license in applicable states, strong judgment, and excellent communication. Qualifications

• Security license required for role in select U.S. locations.
• Ability to make decisions with good judgment in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Resolve theft with policy-based, high‑quality apprehensions in high shrinkage areas.
• Identify theft trends using technology, reporting and surveillance.
• Drive shrinkage reduction by action plans and merch protection standards.
• Investigate internal theft through reporting and surveillance tools.
• Prepare prompt, complete reports for incidents and investigations.
• Testify in court when summoned.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with store leaders and law enforcement.
