Qualifications

• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify payroll data for all employees on a regular schedule, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, tax withholdings, benefits deductions, and leave balances.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and Finance to resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and regulatory agencies, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
• Assist with payroll audits and implement improvements to payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
