Job summary

Mace, part of the Gateway Development Commissions partners, seeks a Senior Interface Manager to oversee interface lifecycle across contracts, document ICDs, maintain the Interface Register, and ensure timely closure of issues.

You will lead stakeholder collaboration with contractors, coordinate with Change Management, and produce monthly progress updates while working in a hybrid model from New Jersey, with a Bachelor’s degree and professional certifications as assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Project Management, Construction, or related discipline.
• Proven experience managing medium-sized or complex projects including construction delivery phases.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in budget oversight and proactive management of internal budgets.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, construction sequencing, and contract administration.
• Certifications MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE and CSCS card are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Interface Lifecycle: manage all technical interfaces within and between contracts.
• Facilitate Agreements: coordinate with contracting teams to execute Interface Agreements.
• Manage Documentation: produce ICDs and maintain the Interface Register.
• Lead Stakeholder Collaboration: act as primary contact for interface matters with contractors.
• Monitor and Report: track deliverables and provide monthly progress updates.
• Drive Issue Resolution: identify and resolve interface issues with Change Management.
