Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking an experienced Interface Manager for the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP). The role focuses on overseeing all technical interfaces across assigned contracts, developing ICDs, and coordinating with contracting teams to deliver seamless integration for a landmark infrastructure program.

You will lead stakeholder engagement, monitor interface deliverables, manage changes with the Change Management team, and report progress and risks to program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, construction, or related discipline.
• Experience managing medium-sized or complex projects, including construction delivery phases.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in budget oversight and proactive management of internal budgets.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies, construction sequencing, and contract administration processes.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills across planning, estimating, procurement, and design.
• Relevant professional certifications (MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE or equivalent) and CSCS card.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Interface Lifecycle: manage all technical interfaces within and between assigned contracts, from identification to closeout.
• Facilitate Agreements: lead coordination with contracting teams to execute Interface Agreements (IAs) with defined deliverables and timelines.
• Manage Documentation: generate ICDs for procurement documents, maintain the Interface Register, and approve contractor's interface management plan.
• Lead Stakeholder Collaboration: act as primary contact for interface matters, hold regular meetings with contractors, support interface efforts, and collaborate with senior managers.
• Monitor and Report: track status of interface deliverables, collect KPIs, and provide monthly progress updates to program management.
• Drive Issue Resolution: identify and resolve interface issues, manage changes with Change Management, escalate critical issues.
