Job summary

Platinum Global Talent Solutions Ltd. seeks an experienced Interface Manager for the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP) in the Newark area.

You will oversee all technical interfaces across contracts, drive interface agreements and maintain ICDs and the interface register. The role requires a bachelor's degree in PM/Construction, professional certifications (MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE) and CSCS, plus strong stakeholder management, budgeting and change control skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Project Management, Construction, or related discipline.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in budget oversight and contract administration processes.
Professional certifications (MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE) and CSCS card.

Responsibilities

Oversee Interface Lifecycle across contracts from identification to closeout.
Facilitate Interface Agreements (IAs) with clearly defined deliverables and timelines.
Generate ICDs and maintain the Interface Register for procurement documents.
Lead stakeholder collaboration and regular interface meetings with contractors.
Monitor status of interface deliverables and report progress, risks, and delays.
Identify and resolve interface issues and coordinate changes with Change Management.
