Job summary

Arcadis in the United States is seeking a highly skilled Interface Manager to support the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project. You will oversee interface management across contracts, ensure compliance with IMP, and lead coordination with contractors and program teams.

This role requires extensive experience in interface control, documentation, and stakeholder engagement, with a track record of delivering complex infrastructure programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• 10+ years’ relevant experience, including leading teams.
• Experience delivering complex infrastructure programs.
• Experience managing senior-level business relationships.
• 4+ years of project management/task management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Interface Lifecycle: manage all technical interfaces from identification to closeout.
• Facilitate Agreements: coordinate with contracting teams to define deliverables and timelines.
• Manage Documentation: create ICDs, maintain Interface Register, approve interface plans.
• Lead Stakeholder Collaboration: act as primary interface contact with contractors and program teams.
• Monitor and Report: track deliverables, collect KPIs, provide monthly progress updates.
• Drive Issue Resolution: identify/resolve interface issues; coordinate changes with Change Management.
• Ensure Compliance: enforce Interface Management Plan procedures and contract cooperation.
