Job summary

Mace is seeking a capable professional to oversee interface management for major programs in New York. You will coordinate with contracting teams, document interfaces, and lead collaboration with contractors to ensure timely delivery and integration across projects.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and PM expertise, with flexibility for hybrid or flexible working arrangements. A bachelor’s degree and experience in construction delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• Experience managing medium-sized or complex projects, including construction delivery phases.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Experience in budgeting and managing internal budgets and fees to deliver outcomes.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies, construction sequencing, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Interface Lifecycle: manage all technical interfaces within and between contracts from identification to closeout.
• Facilitate Agreements: coordinate with contracting teams to execute Interface Agreements with clear deliverables and timelines.
• Manage Documentation: create baseline ICDs for procurement, maintain Interface Register, approve contractor interface plan.
• Lead Stakeholder Collaboration: act as primary contact for interface matters; hold regular contractor meetings.
• Monitor and Report: track interface deliverables; provide monthly progress, risks, and delay updates.
• Drive Issue Resolution: identify and resolve interface issues; coordinate changes with Change Management; escalate when needed.
