Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• 3 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years of teller experience.
• 1 year in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small staff of 3-4 virtual tellers.
• Create a schedule to ensure staffing during peak hours.
• Support staff by approving/overseeing transactions as needed.
• Monitor CTRs, SARs and REG CC Holds for accuracy.
• Assist cash balancing with machine outages.
• Ensure adherence to teller policies and procedures.
• Create and monitor service requests for software issues.
• Perform simple maintenance functions when errors occur.
• Conduct monthly quality monitoring reviews and share results for training.
