Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a driven Supervisor to help develop training, procedures and quality assurance for our Interactive teller group. You will manage a small staff of 3-4 virtual tellers, create staffing schedules, and oversee transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role involves monitoring CTRs/SARs, assisting with cash balancing during outages, and driving monthly quality reviews to support ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• 3 years of customer service.
• 2 years of teller experience.
• 1 year in a leadership role.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules when necessary.

Responsibilities
