Job summary

0101 The Huntington National Bank in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Supervisor to help develop training, procedures and quality assurance for our Interactive Teller group.

You will manage a small team of 3-4 virtual tellers, create schedules for peak hours, approve transactions, monitor compliance and oversee software issues, enabling ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• 3 years of customer service.
• 2 years of teller experience.
• 1 year in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly quality monitoring reviews and deliver results to employees for continued training opportunities.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• 3 years of customer service
• 2 years of teller experience
• 1 year in a leadership role

• Flexibility to work varying schedules when necessary
