Job summary

Keystone Human Services seeks Program Supervisors to lead and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of community-based programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism. You will guide teams, ensure services meet goals and budgets, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of work experience in human services or related field.
• Associate’s degree with 60 credited hours and 1 year experience in human services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree and work experience in human services or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs.
• Ensure objectives, budgets, and regulatory compliance while performing direct support duties as scheduled.
