Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Program Specialist to lead and support teams within assigned programs in Pennsylvania. The role includes coordinating assessments, developing Individual Support Plans, and enabling education and skill development for individuals and the support team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with two years’ direct experience with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Master’s degree or higher with one year direct experience.
• Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License is acceptable or required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support employees and individuals served within assigned programs.
• Coordinate, develop and implement individual assessments and Individual Support Plans.
• Educate and develop skills for individuals and the support team.
