You will oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring objectives, budgets, and regulations are met while continuing direct support duties as scheduled.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years in human services or related field.
• Associate’s degree (60 credits) and 1 year in human services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Complete and maintain Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR trainings as required.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license; may need daily access to a privately maintained vehicle.
• Pass pre-employment process with clearances and verifications.
