Job summary

Health & Human Services Comm in Austin, TX is seeking a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional III. The role leads ISP development and IDT coordination for individuals with intellectual disabilities at the Sunrise - QDDP site.

You will ensure assessments, program implementations, and documentation meet federal/state standards and provide guidance to staff and LARs while working a flexible schedule. This role is full-time, on-site, with telework not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related human services field.
• At least 1 year of direct experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ISP process for all individuals on the caseload.
• Coordinate and document IDT meetings and ISP activities.
• Ensure assessments and evaluations determine functioning, preferences, strengths, needs, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with staff and LARs to develop and deliver supports and services.
• Train and coach staff in service delivery and behavior management.
• Maintain required documentation in ICF/IID compliant records.
