Job summary

RainFocus is seeking a Product Manager focused on API integrations to lead a vision-driven team, delivering high-quality integration solutions with third-party applications and services.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, and partner CS teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced environment. A strong propulsion toward quality and AI-enabled efficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate technical concepts for various audiences.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn complex software systems.
• Experience partnering with internal stakeholders and external customers to gather requirements and deliver integration products.
• Proven ability to identify product gaps and deliver data-informed recommendations.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently while collaborating across teams.
• Experience in a SaaS environment; Agile/Scrum or Kanban experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the API integrations roadmap based on market research and customer feedback.
• Own API integrations strategy end-to-end, document requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Act as product owner: manage backlog, plan sprints, and drive agile execution.
• Coordinate across engineering, design, UX, CS, and partner teams for smooth integrations development and launch.
• Monitor integrations performance and usage; drive improvements and bug resolutions.
• Plan go-to-market with product marketing for new integrations and features.
