Job summary

RainFocus, a Utah-based software company, is seeking an Integration Specialist to lead the design and implementation of integrations with RainFocus and client systems, including third-party platforms.

You will work with enterprise clients, manage API mappings, test integrations, create design documents, and provide ongoing technical support while coordinating with project managers and solution consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise clients and professional services environments.
• Ability to design, map, test, and document integrations.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON data.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of integration projects for RainFocus products.
• Collaborate with project managers and solution consultants to define goals, scope, and timelines.
• Provide direct technical client support and write design documents, test cases, and unit tests.
• Assist services with integration discovery and scoping.
• Manage integration timelines and communicate changes to clients.
