Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for the Pipedream Integrations team to shape and deliver the roadmap for platform integrations, emphasizing enterprise applications and API-based connectivity.

You will collaborate with engineering and partner teams to add/update apps, set connector priorities, improve quality, and leverage AI to boost throughput and reliability. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys mapping customer needs to clear requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent technical role.
• Strong product judgment in scoping and phasing work.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, developer tools, and cloud platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor.
• Experience reading API documentation and shaping connector quality.

Responsibilities

• Shape roadmap for platform integrations with focus on enterprise apps.
• Add/update integrated apps including OAuth client setup.
• Identify product gaps based on customer needs and app integration requirements.
• Define requirements to expand platform capabilities and reliability.
• Manage app approvals and partner certifications.
• Set priorities for connectors and integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues reported by customers with existing integrations.
• Drive AI to improve integration velocity and quality.
