Job summary

Rain is seeking a highly capable AI-focused product professional to help build and scale its AI-native infrastructure and workflows. You will collaborate with multiple teams to fix bottlenecks using AI agents, apps, and orchestrated workflows, enabling rapid adoption and measurable outcomes.

You will own end-to-end AI solutions, from prototyping to production, and contribute to Rain’s foundational AI systems, tools, and governance—empowering teams to build more with AI with high agency and speed.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in product management or similar roles.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows and tools.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and prioritize automation opportunities across teams.
• Design and deploy AI-powered agents and workflows end-to-end.
• Drive AI adoption with enablement sessions and documentation.
• Define success metrics and track adoption and impact.
• Develop core AI foundations, SOPs, and governance docs.
