Qualifications

• 2+ years in administrative, coordinator, or office support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong attention to detail with data entry, tracking, and version control.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to prioritize from multiple leaders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain logs of data discrepancies, change requests, and open items.
• Perform routine data checks and updates in systems (ServiceTrade, Zoho, Viewpoint, etc.).
• Administer the SOP library with formatting, version tracking, publish logs, and archiving.
• Track SOPs through request, draft, review, and approval; notify teams on updates.
• Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track actions.
• Coordinate travel, lodging, and site visit logistics for team members.
• Process expense reports, invoices, and purchase requests; keep files organized.
• Serve as first point of contact for incoming requests and route to right person.
• Build and maintain integration checklists, timelines, and trackers for acquisitions.
• Capture lessons learned after integrations for the playbook.
