Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks an Operations Integration Project Manager to lead complex integration initiatives at our Warsaw, Indiana site. The role drives mergers and acquisitions integrations, quality remediations, process improvements, and system implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve timely transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years cross-functional project management experience.
• Strong understanding of activity plans, milestones, dependencies, risk tracking and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Implement integration plans for mergers and acquisitions with objectives, timelines, and milestones.
• Lead integration initiatives and cross-functional teams to realize synergies and transitions.
• Drive day-to-day execution of the integration process and lead weekly team meetings.
• Implement the integration scorecard to track progress toward goals.
• Prepare and conduct project status reports to update executive management on progress, risks, and issues.
• Provide direction, oversight, and coaching to integration consultants and project contributors.
• Manage project execution to meet deliverables within budget.
• Review deliverables for quality and provide perspective.
