Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Technology Systems Engineer with a strong background in data integration, ETL, and scheduling software to join our technical team in the United States.

The role emphasizes API connectivity, automated data transformation, and robust workflow solutions across on-prem and cloud environments. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Technology Systems Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in data transformation development, API connectivity, and scripting languages for automation and ETL processing (onprem and cloud).
• Strong experience connecting external and internal data sources to create a holistic integration (GCP, Azure).
• Experience with enterprise managed file transfer solutions and robotic/AI processing technologies.
• Strong expertise building process definitions from incomplete requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills across infrastructure and application stacks.
• Familiarity with enterprise data architecture and integration patterns.
• Experience with monitoring tools and logging frameworks for system health tracking.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, ITSM and DevOps practices including source control management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule software: experience with OPC, P6, Microsoft Project, Allucent, Planera.
• ETL & scripting: API connectivity, error management, and automation of data transformation, extraction, and loading.
• Data migration engineering: manage enterprise tools for data migration incl. managed file transfers and robotic processing (GCP, Azure, AWS).
• Define processes and design scalable technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Implement automated data flow, error handling, and performance tuning across enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, upgrades, and pipeline optimization to improve reliability.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes, workflows, and configurations.
• Collaborate with developers, DBAs, business analysts and other teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, data governance and compliance standards.
