Ryan Fireprotection, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist the IT team in a growing organization. The ideal candidate will work independently to research and solve challenges, communicate technical topics to non-technical staff, and pursue continuous learning.

This role is based in Noblesville/Indianapolis, IN with the option for a hybrid schedule, aligning with headquarters. You will help employees across locations, maintain IT documentation, and contribute to security and training

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role.
• Strong expertise in Windows Desktop and Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware).
• Knowledge of security best practices, including endpoint protection, patch management, and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Provide first contact IT support to employees and resolve issues in a courteous, timely manner.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document employee IT issues and requests.
• Support employees across multiple locations, including hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install software/hardware, update drivers, and configure devices.
• Deliver IT training and maintain clear help guides and SOPs.
