Job summary

Bellevue Talent Partners seeks an experienced Integration Leader to spearhead the launch and transformation of a new market in Indianapolis. You will act as the General Manager of Transformation, driving immediate, measurable impact across the organization and coordinating multiple teams and acquired partners.

• 3-7 years in transformation, integration, or operational consulting
• Prior experience in an internal PMO/Integration role
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong operational acumen in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills
• Willingness to travel significantly during integration phases
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus
