Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role.
• Strong expertise in Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware).
• Knowledge of security best practices, including endpoint protection and patch management.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical employees.
• Organizational skills to prioritize and meet deadlines, with a willingness to learn.
• An IT-related college or technical degree required (or equivalent relevant experience).

Responsibilities

• Provide first contact IT support to ensure courteous, timely resolution of issues.
• Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and document employee IT requests.
• Support employees across multiple locations, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
• Install software, hardware and drivers and update existing as needed.
• Configure, deploy and relocate desktops, laptops, printers and related devices.
• Support mobile devices including procurement, MDM, and enterprise iOS troubleshooting.
