Job summary

CarGurus is seeking an IT Solutions Engineer II to build and maintain integrations across our cloud-first IT stack. You will work with Boomi and Okta Workflows to connect SaaS apps with core enterprise systems, improving reliability and scalability.

Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams, document runbooks, and help optimize our SaaS footprint, including tools like Glean, Claude, Atlassian, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience administering or building integrations in a corporate IT environment.
• Hands-on experience with developing integrations in iPaaS platforms like Boomi.
• Knowledge of API concepts (authentication, data mapping, webhooks, error handling).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations between SaaS apps and core enterprise systems (Boomi, Okta Workflows).
• Build and iterate on workflow automations to improve operational efficiency.
• Support and optimize our SaaS stack and AI tools (Glean, Claude).
• Troubleshoot integration failures and document runbooks and configurations.
• Participate in architecture discussions and understand data flows.
