Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Solution Engineer to implement and integrate Intapp solutions within client environments. You will translate customer requirements into scalable configurations and manage multiple projects with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

You will work with Boomi, Intapp Integrate, and Microsoft SQL Server, performing data mapping and troubleshooting while communicating effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical implementation, operations, or support roles in SaaS/enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Intapp solutions across client environments.
• Develop and manage integrations using Boomi, Intapp Integrate, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Translate business requirements into logical workflows and technical configurations.
• Perform data mapping, configuration, validation, and issue troubleshooting.
• Manage multiple implementation projects, ensuring alignment with scope and timelines.
• Conduct client-facing workshops and configuration walk-throughs.
• Analyze root causes of integration and system-level issues, including third-party APIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve delivery processes and reusable assets.
• Deliver administrative training and knowledge transfer to client users.
• Maintain documentation and ensure implementation quality standards are upheld.
