Job summary

Technology Partners is seeking a Java Software Engineer II to join our EFM IT Partner Integrations Team. You will design, develop, test, and support integrations connecting data and services across our connected fleet ecosystem.

Work with senior engineers and business partners through all phases of the software development lifecycle, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Proven experience with Java/Spring and RESTful APIs.
• Strong SQL, CI/CD, and agile development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and implement medium to complex application code and enhancements.
• Analyze requirements and designs to assess feasibility within project constraints.
• Develop, execute, and troubleshoot unit and integration tests.
• Perform code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Monitor health, analyze logs, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Support deployments and releases across QA and production environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and workflows.
• Support tactical and strategic initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support production environments.
