Job summary

Rockwell Automation invites you to join the Integrated Supply Chain and Operations Leadership Development Program (ISC LDP). You will rotate across planning, quality, manufacturing, and operations engineering, with a capstone in plant supervision.

Relocation within the US is required, and you will report to the ISC Program Manager while working onsite. This program starts in 2027, with opportunities for subsequent roles based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Relocation to multiple US sites during the program is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 6-month rotations across core areas: planning & materials; quality & manufacturing engineering; operations engineering.
• Complete one 6-month rotation in strategic sourcing or logistics.
• Complete a 12-month capstone in plant supervision; develop AI-enabled process improvements and data analysis skills.
