Textron is launching the 2027 Leadership Development Program – Integrated Supply Chain (Non-Technical) in the United States. This entry‑level program offers two 12‑month ISC rotations across Manufacturing, Operations, Facilities, and Supply Chain with mentorship and customized training to prepare future leaders.

Participants will engage in cross‑functional projects, build stakeholder networks, and present strategic recommendations to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Dynamic and results‑oriented professional with a proactive approach.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions.
• Innovative problem solver, adept at finding creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Rotational Assignments: two 12‑month rotations across ISC areas.
