Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to drive requirements, market adoption, and revenue growth for its Integrated Solutions portfolio. You will own system-level specs and turnkey integrations (PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS) and coordinate with hardware/software teams to deliver field-ready packages.

You will manage agile backlogs, ensure on-time delivery, and align with sales to grow the product line. Travel up to 25–50% and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Translate high-level mission capabilities into granular software user stories and hardware configurations.
• Define end-to-end performance specifications for integrated solutions such as PRISM, AIRS, and NEXUS.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to leverage radios and modules into turnkey systems.

Responsibilities

• Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated solutions features.
• Analyze customer feature requests, evaluate timelines, and balance scope with field expectations.
• Oversee lifecycle and release schedules for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS, and future solutions from concept to deployment.
• Capture customer and field feedback for product updates and continued adoption.
