Global Payments is seeking an Integrated Solutions Consultant in Charlotte, NC to build client relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver effective payments solutions. You will manage a client portfolio, conduct needs assessments, and present product demonstrations to drive revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or business development, excellent communication skills, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; typically 2+ years in sales or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of clients and grow revenue.
• Prospect and qualify new opportunities via outbound outreach and leads.
• Move opportunities through the sales pipeline by assessing needs and defining solutions.
• Deliver virtual presentations and product demonstrations.
• Respond to inquiries and upsell additional solutions.
• Close new business and support account activation.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Keep accurate CRM records and pipeline information.
