• Strong background in scalable, end-to-end payments architecture.
• Experience with microservices, containerization, and API integration.
• Hands-on AI tools experience (e.g., Copilot) is a plus.
• Ability to drive requirements refinement with business stakeholders.
• Experience with real-time payments, ACH, wires; Swift/ISO knowledge a plus.
• Collaborates with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Defines HLD and functional design deliverables.

• Own architectural E2E solution design for Payments projects.
• Refine requirements and decompose deliverables.
• Guide Agile solution delivery practices and evangelize end-to-end design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across enterprise architecture and business leads.
• Manage product backlog and priorities including tech debt and regulatory work.
• Document high-level design (HLD) and functional specifications.
