Job summary

Consertus is seeking a Master Scheduling Consultant with 10-15 years of experience in scheduling DoE projects with EVM requirements. In this full-time hybrid role, you will lead WBS development, enhance scheduling processes, and conduct schedule risk assessments while supporting various client projects.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in scheduling tools such as MS Project or Oracle Primavera and hold a DOE Q Clearance. The position is based in the Boston MA or greater Texas area, offering a competitive salary and generous time off.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience scheduling DoE projects.
• Familiarity with Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG).
• Strong experience leading schedule risk assessments.
• Proficient in scheduling tools like MS Project or Oracle Primavera.
• DOE Q Clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Must reside in Boston MA area or greater Texas area.

Responsibilities

• Lead WBS development including control account and work package definition.
• Enhance processes, tools, and data architecture for EVMS compliance.
• Develop monthly IMS reporting for project management and customer requirements.
• Flow down scheduling requirements to subcontractors.
• Develop formal IMS baseline change control processes.
• Create a standard IMS coding structure for EVM compliance.
• Develop integration between IMS and EVM reporting systems.
• Support scheduling content for EVM System Description.
• Ensure IMS is maintained per EVMS requirements.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and provide training.
