Job summary

Edera L3C is seeking an experienced IMS Scheduler to lead the development, maintenance, and integration of the Integrated Master Schedule for large programs. You will drive baselines, governance, and milestone analyses to support go-live readiness and program success.

The role requires 8+ years in schedule planning, strong PMI/PMO credentials, and deep expertise with MS Project or Primavera. Occasional travel and a performance-driven environment are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in integrated master schedules and program controls.
• PMI-SP or PMP preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and schedule analysis in large programs.
• Experience managing schedule dependencies across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Drives development, maintenance, and integration of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Develops schedule baselines aligned with scope, milestones, staffing, and contracts.
• Establishes routine schedule governance with biweekly updates and readiness reviews.
• Validates logic, dependencies, resources, and critical path for schedule integrity.
• Leads milestone variance analysis and communicates risks to leadership.
• Coordinates staffing-to-schedule needs and flags resource constraint risks.
• Maintains dependency logs and cross-team integration for sequencing accuracy.
• Prepares go-live look-ahead reports and supports operational summaries.
• Monitors recovery actions and escalates schedule concerns as needed.
• Supports continuous improvement of scheduling processes and tools.
