Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an Integrated & Platforms Growth & Strategy Lead to join our Strategy team in Atlanta. You will drive growth strategy and cross-functional initiatives for the Integrated Payments segment, partnering with product, commercial, and strategy leadership to align investments with a long-term growth vision.

You will manage multiple workstreams, communicate clearly to senior leadership, and operate effectively in ambiguity while building trust across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in growth, strategy, business operations, consulting, or similar cross-functional role.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution across teams you don't manage.
• Strong organizational instincts to prioritize and move multiple workstreams.
• Executive presence to influence senior leaders and build partnerships.
• Clear, concise communication and comfort in ambiguity.
