Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in growth, strategy, business operations, consulting, or similar cross-functional roles.
• Proven ability to drive execution across teams you don't manage.
• Strong organizational instincts to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Clear, concise communication.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to structure work without a playbook.
• Analytical: able to interpret revenue models and build a business case.
