Job summary

ACI Worldwide in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Core Payment Infrastructure and Platform Expansion to define strategy, drive the roadmap, and lead delivery of next-generation payment capabilities across gateways, networks, and tokenization services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, IS or related field.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience in payments/fintech.
• Experience managing payment gateways, processors, acquiring relationships, and networks.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystem, authorization processing, tokenization, and CNP payments.
• Experience leading large-scale software initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and multiyear roadmap for payment infrastructure and platform modernization.
• Identify market opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth and differentiation.
• Develop business cases, investment recommendations, and commercialization strategies for new capabilities.
• Drive roadmap prioritization for scalability, authorization optimization, merchant experience, and efficiency.
• Partner with Engineering to design next-gen infrastructure using microservices and event-driven orchestration.
• Lead integration and onboarding with gateways, processors, and network partners.
• Own end-to-end delivery from ideation to production readiness.
• Document releases with guides and Developer Center content.
• Present roadmap progress and platform performance to executives.
