Job summary

The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is the leading nonprofit addiction recovery organization in the United States. This Co-Occurring Professional provides advanced clinical services, including group therapy and individual counseling for clients with co-occurring disorders, integrating mental health with addiction recovery within a 12 Step model.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, potentially assuming leadership in the absence of the program manager, and provide supervision to students

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health required.
• License to independently practice mental health and SUD services in the state (MN: LPCC, LMFT, LICSW).
• MN: Must be trained in Rule 31.
• Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Must satisfactorily pass a state/license background check.
• Individual National Provider Identification (NPI) number.
• One or more years of providing therapy in a mental health/chemical dependency treatment environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical services, including group therapy and individual counseling for co-occurring disorders.
• Coordinate with treatment team within a 12 Step, abstinence-based model.
• Supervise students/interns and provide clinical leadership in the clinic.
• Represent Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation services to internal and external audiences.
