Zeno Group, Inc. seeks a Project Manager in New York to coordinate complex client programs and keep teams aligned across disciplines. You’ll support day-to-day management, timelines, and deliverables, while maintaining essential templates and workflows to improve efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in project management or agency settings, strong Excel/Sheets/Smartsheet skills, and a collaborative mindset to learn and contribute ideas within a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or agency experience in related field.
• Experience coordinating projects, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Familiarity with developing budgets, SOWs, and project tracking.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of client programs by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Assist with statements of work (SOWs), budget tracking, forecasting and scope management, and identify potential project risks or changes.
• Develop project timelines, maintain work plans, and coordinate priorities across client teams and specialty practices.
• Partner with client teams, finance, resource management, and agency specialists to facilitate communication and coordinate deliverables.
• Help maintain project templates, documentation and workflows while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and collaboration.
• Build project management skills by working closely with experienced team members, contributing ideas, and supporting a collaborative learning environment.
