Job summary

Zeno Group in New York is seeking a Project Manager to bring order to complex client programs, coordinate timelines, budgets and workflows, and ensure teams have the information they need to deliver great work.

You will collaborate with client teams, finance and specialists across disciplines, help with SOWs and risk tracking, and contribute to efficient operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management or agency operations.
• Experience coordinating timelines across teams.
• Experience budgeting and SOW creation.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets/PM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client programs' timelines, deliverables and workflows.
• Assist with budgets, statements of work (SOWs) and risk tracking.
• Develop project timelines and maintain work plans across teams.
• Facilitate communication and deliverables across cross-functional groups.
• Maintain project templates and workflows for efficiency.
• Support team growth and collaborative environment.
