Job summary

Zenith, a key Publicis Groupe media partner in New York, seeks a Supervisor, Project Management to orchestrate workflows across Data Science, Audience Strategy, and Business Strategy for the VM1 Verizon team. You’ll drive end-to-end project ownership, prioritize work, and map realistic timelines in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, agile/kanban expertise, and the ability to drive accountability across multiple stakeholders while improving efficiency and governance

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project or program management in a fast-paced agency.
• Strong background in agile frameworks or Kanban board design.
• Mastery of workflow tools (Planner, Asana, JIRA, Trello, Smartsheet) and Office 365 / Google Workspace.
• Comfort working with AI/ML model and dashboard projects.
• Excellent communication and ability to drive stakeholder accountability.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Tracking: own projects from intake to completion using Kanban-based systems.
• Prioritize tasks and manage backlogs across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure deliverables, milestones, and reporting are completed on schedule.
• Establish standardized communication and governance frameworks.
