Job summary

Zeno Group is seeking a Project Manager for Health & Wellness to organize and deliver complex client programs. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage timelines and budgets, and partner with Account, Creative, Strategy, Paid, Digital, Earned, Production, and Finance teams to drive integrated programs from planning through delivery.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, collaborative, and curious about improving workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in integrated marketing/PR agency, advertising, digital, or related
• Experience coordinating projects, timelines and deliverables across multiple teams
• Familiarity with budgets, statements of work (SOWs) and project tracking
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet or similar PM tools
• Strong communication skills with ability to keep teams informed and aligned
• Ability to organize complex information into clear project plans and actionable next steps
• Curiosity and passion for improving workflows and supporting operational excellence
• Collaborative mindset with willingness to learn and contribute ideas

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of larger projects or manage day-to-day project management of smaller integrated workstreams from intake through delivery
• Establish clear timelines, milestones, owners and next steps; identify risks and drive accountability across teams
• Assist with statements of work (SOWs), budget tracking, forecasting and scope management
• Develop and maintain project timelines and coordinate priorities across client teams and specialty practices
• Coordinate communication and deliverables across client teams, finance, and resource management
• Help maintain templates, documentation and workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration
• Support team development and growth by working with experienced members and sharing ideas
• Understand Health & Wellness communications including review processes and messaging requirements
