Zeno Group in New York, NY is seeking a Project Manager for Health & Wellness to coordinate multi-team programs from planning to delivery. You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and identify risks to ensure successful client programs.

The role emphasizes organization, collaboration, and a proactive approach to improving workflows within a health-focused practice, working with Account, Creative, Strategy, and other specialty teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in an integrated marketing/PR agency, advertising, digital, or related field.
• Experience coordinating projects, timelines and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Familiarity with budgets, statements of work (SOWs) and project tracking.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet or similar tools.
• Strong communication skills to keep teams informed and aligned.
• Ability to organize complex information into clear project plans and actionable steps.
• Curiosity and passion for improving workflows and operational excellence.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and contribute ideas.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of larger projects and/or own day-to-day management of smaller integrated workstreams, from intake through delivery with oversight.
• Assist with statements of work (SOWs), budget tracking, forecasting and scope management.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and coordinate priorities across client teams and specialty practices.
• Partner with client teams, finance, resource management and agency specialists to facilitate communication and deliverables.
• Help maintain project templates, documentation and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Support team development and a collaborative environment.
• Understand Health & Wellness communications review processes and regulatory considerations.
