Job summary

Zeno Group in Chicago is seeking a Project Manager for Health & Wellness to coordinate complex programs across Account, Creative, Strategy and other teams from intake through delivery. You will establish timelines, budgets and resources, proactively identify risks, and ensure teams have the clarity and support they need to deliver their best work.

This role offers collaboration with senior PMs, learning opportunities in health and wellness communications, and the chance to influence client

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in a marketing/PR agency, advertising, digital, or related field.
• Experience coordinating projects, timelines and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Familiarity with budgets, statements of work (SOWs) and project tracking.
• Strong organizational and communication skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Delivery: support delivery of larger projects or own day-to-day management of smaller workstreams, from intake to delivery with oversight from Senior PMs.
• Budget & Scope: assist with SOWs, budget tracking, forecasting and scope management while identifying risks or changes.
• Program Planning: develop and maintain project timelines and coordinate priorities across client teams and specialty practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with client teams, finance, and agency specialists to facilitate communication and coordinate deliverables.
• Operations & Process Support: maintain project templates, documentation and workflows and improve efficiency.
• Team Support: help grow PM skills and foster a collaborative environment.
