Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a clinically experienced professional to coordinate complex member care across behavioral and medical health services in a full-time role. You will assess needs, plan care, coordinate with providers, and optimize outcomes within managed care guidelines.

The position requires a master's degree in Behavioral/Mental Health, an unencumbered license, and 3–5 years of post-master's clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral/Mental Health or related field.
• Unencumbered Behavioral Health clinical license.
• 3-5 years of direct clinical practice post-master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred members to determine needs and plan care.
• Apply clinical judgment to develop strategies addressing risk factors and complex indicators.
• Perform crisis intervention and refer to appropriate clinical providers for assessment and treatment.
• Provide crisis follow-up to ensure appropriate treatment and services.
• Interpret criteria, guidelines and case management plans to ensure appropriate benefits administration.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other programs to overcome barriers and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Identify and escalate quality of care issues through established channels.
• Engage with medical and behavioral health professionals to influence member care.
