Benefis Health System seeks Integrated Behavioral Health Consultants (BHC) to join our primary care behavioral health team as a Psychologist, LCPC, or LCSW. Opportunities across pediatrics, rural health clinics, and family medicine.

Work with PCPs in the PCBH model to provide brief 20–30 minute interventions and develop treatment plans. We support a flexible schedule (Mon–Fri, 7:00 am–5:00 pm); full-time or part-time roles available; Montana licensure required or imminent licensure.

Formación

• Active Montana licensure or eligibility prior to starting employment.
• Interest or experience with brief evidence-based interventions across lifespan.
• Ability to work within the PCBH model with primary care providers and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide brief 20–30 minute interventions for diverse patients in primary care clinics.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, BHCs, and clinical staff to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Increase patient access to behavioral health care and provide on-the-spot consultation.
