Benefis Health System in Montana is seeking Integrated Behavioral Health Consultants (BHC) to join our primary care behavioral health team as a Psychologist, LCPC, or LCSW. Opportunities across multiple primary care clinics include pediatrics, rural health clinics, and family medicine.

The role provides brief 20-30 minute interventions, collaboration with primary care providers, and consultation within a PCBH framework. Flexible schedule; full-time or part-time considered; no on-call.

Qualifications

• LCSW or LCPC with active Montana licensure or ability to apply for licensure prior to starting employment

Responsibilities

• Integrated primary care team member providing brief 20-30 minute interventions for a wide variety of health and behavioral concerns in patients of all ages in primary care clinics.
• Works with primary care providers and staff using the PCBH model to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide on-the-fly consultation for providers and participate in team-based care.
