Job summary

Benefis is seeking an Integrated Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) to join our primary care behavioral health team as a Psychologist, LCPC, or LCSW across clinics including pediatrics, rural health clinics, and family medicine. The role provides brief 20-30 minute interventions in primary care settings.

You will work with primary care providers, a team of behavioral health consultants, and staff under the PCBH model to develop and implement treatment plans, increase access to behavioral health

Qualifications

• Montana licensure as LCSW or LCPC and the ability to apply for/receive licensure before starting.
• Experience with brief evidence-based interventions for patients across the lifespan.
• Experience with team-based care and a wide range of presenting concerns.
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide brief 20-30 minute interventions for a wide variety of health and behavioral concerns in patients of all ages in primary care clinics.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, team of behavioral health consultants, and clinical staff.
• Develop and implement treatment plans using the PCBH model.
• Increase patients' access to behavioral health care.
• Provide on-the-fly consultation for providers.
